We are looking for a Deputy Store Manager who will bring innovation, creativity and spunk to our team. The purpose of this position is to co-direct and co-lead superior retail strategies and execute store operation functions to deliver financial growth and sustained brand equity. • Adopt a 360 ° approach to manage store turnover in order to guarantee and increase profitability

• Model sales performance for retail associates

• Recruit, hire and develop a strong team eager to exceed their selling targets and passionate by the brand

• Reconcile daily cash receipts and make bank deposits

• Maintain excellent customer environment

• Build an effective communication channel with Head Office, in order to share accurate commercial feedback, follow up on business needs and implement potential actions to reach and exceed the achievement of Key Performance Indicators

• Manage and control inventory What The Perfect Deputy Store Manager already Has

• Minimum 3 years retail experience (minimum 1years experience in Store Management / Supervisor position)

• Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching and training sales associates

• Strong apparel experience, Good level of English (both Written and Verbal)

• Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes

• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills; especially when it comes to working directly with senior level managers

• Impeccable communication skills across all channels with an ability to get the message across over IM, email, phone, text • Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS&Co
